Our Youth are composed of ages ranging from as low as 4 to as old as 20. Sunday School hosts up to 20 children from ages 4 to ages 12. The adult service hosts children from ages 13 up to ages as high as 95 years old. The 13-year-olds upward assist in learning media and worship dance, keeping the elderly congregants energised adding vibrant life to the worship service.
Every Friday night is a Youth Service where the purpose is Collective Contact with Jesus. It is not centred around fun, games or excitement. Our prime focus is knowing Jesus and experiencing Him as so many other youth around the world are doing. Being in God’s presence is fun and addictive. It gives youth courage to face the world, resist temptation and ultimately defeat the devil. We desire for our youth to know Jesus and stand for Him. They worship in song, reflect on Bible passages and encourage one another in the Lord.
In the near future, more youth activity is soon to come with the opening of our Community Centre to the greater Henley on Klip Public with music and arts initiatives.
